Stay Experience: The room facilities showed clear signs of wear. The carpet and sofa cushions were frayed, and overall cleanliness in the room could be improved. The beach area is also quite dirty. Service Attitude: The front desk staff appeared indifferent and not very welcoming. This left a poor impression, and it is something I would likely mention when sharing my stay experience with others. Hotel Location: The hotel is located near one of Penang’s well-known shopping malls. There are not many restaurants within walking distance, but there are plenty of options a short drive away, so the location is still quite convenient. Areas for Improvement: The service attitude significantly affected the overall experience. It was surprising to see such limited attention to room maintenance from a well-known hotel chain. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel I would consider returning to.

Purposely pay extra for the stunning beach view from the room. Comfortable bed, nice sleep & good water pressure for shower. Nice location not too far from Gurney. However the room cleanliness & housekeeping service really need to be improved as such a standard hotel. The room overall looks aged especially the bed & pillow covers. We found there is a little blood stain on 1 of our duvet cover & requested for a change immediately. Toilet paper roll wasn't given a complete new 1 when we enter. No bottled water given, it is come with water filter in the toilet's basin. I don't really comfortable with using the kettle in the hotel room always, but I'm sti feeling at least to boil the water before drinking, and I found out the cups aren't clean, 1 with coffee stains & another 1 still with some sugar leftover. I'm so disappointed. Call for a change & waited for almost half an hour to get the exchange for cups. Slightly difficult to have conversation with the housekeeping reception too due to the slang. Due to hygiene issue I won't consider to come back for a second time.

Perfect.. amazing place and beach. Nice parking, easy to find a parking. Great breakfast. Lots of breakfast. Variety. Nasi lemak kurma, nasi goreng kampung, etc. i love to stay here again

The hotel has access to beach. Convenient store and food court within walking distance. Hot water is excellent. It is a good choice for relaxation and exploring Penang by car.

mmm..where should i start...check in at 4pm, room not ready..aircond not working well, need to change to another room but facing same problem. breakfast choice ok. but the only thing i believe help the hotel is the location near to beach.

很满意，给我升级了大床房，海景很美，泳池也蛮大的，还配了小孩玩水的水枪，酒店设备算是非常齐全，每天都会更换毛巾

We book 2 ocean view rooms.The room was spacious,clean and in a great location.Howver, I personally prefer bottled mineral water over the filtered system in the bathroom.While dinner at the hotel restaurant was ok the service definitely has room for improvement.Overall,it was a plesant stay,but enhancing the restaurant service would make the experince much better.

First time going to Penang, loved the location of the hotel. Amazing view of the beach from our room, and saw fireworks one night was a treat. They keep the beach clean for the property, each day saw it being cleared. The pool is a good refreshing temperature. Majority of the time isn't overly busy. Good depth and size of pool. I enjoyed swimming laps each day and relaxing on the sunloungers. Kept clean, fresh towels available. Good pool toys for the kids. The gym was amazing, good equipment and machines- beautiful view of the ocean. I would prefer the air con colder as the one in there didnt cool the room down enough and if wasn't standing near it, it got very hot. The water provided in there also isn't cold which i didnt like ( is in a machine that says keeping warm, which i dont understand shouldn't drink warm water when working out, don't know if it's a culture thing? Wasn't to my liking anyway) The room is spacious, bathroom bit tight but made do. Nice amenities topped up daily. Bed comfortable. Air con in room works amazing. Cleanliness in room noticed could've been better as after room being 'cleaned' noticed my hair still on floor and sand in corner from shoes. So seems the floor doesn't get swept or mopped as much as we thought. Buffet breakfast was great, yummy food and lots of everything. Plenty of staff i just think they need to be more attentive and watch the buffet e.g kids touching food ( saw few things) and make sure the food is safe for other guests to eat. We ate at the hotel lunch and dinner also, the staff mean well but there is a language barrier and was few instances where our meals didn't come out correct like we got a tomato soup when we pointed and said on the menu tomato pasta. We are patient enjoyed the food and kept going back despite the mistakes. We understand a second language can be difficult. Amazing fresh cakes in fridge we just about tried them all. The staff also did a lovely birthday song and candles on cake my husband brought. Overall had a lovely time.

设施：床很舒服，睡了个好觉，空调不吵，房间温度适宜。洗浴设施舒服，有室外泳池，挺大的，在海边的泳池，不少人游泳。池边躺椅也满舒服。正好在背阴处，不会被晒伤。衞生：乾净整洁。环境：有专属海滩，沙子还行，海水很一般，海里麪也不是很蓝。沙滩上有螃蟹，晚上可以看到很多螃蟹出洞。周围饭店早早就关门了。21点之后基本没东西可以吃了。小超市还是有的。旁边一排好几家酒店，都是沿着沙滩的。服务：前台印度人，英语的印度口音很重。服务没啥问题。
